Anaphora
Anaphora is repetition that occurs at the beginning of sentences, clauses, or phrases. In this example, "with" is repeated three times at the start of prepositional phrases. The repetition of "with" ironically emphasizes the lack of possessions the convict has. It also serves as a contrast to the wealth the convict later accrues.
