Epistrophe
Epistrophe is repetition that occurs at the end of sentences, clauses, or phrases. In this example, "Pip" is repeated three times at the end of independent clauses. The repetition of "Pip" makes sense, considering the novel is about a kid named Pip and this happens to be the first sentence of the novel. It's also important when considering that one of the provisos in Pip's inheritance is that he retain the name, Pip.
